BST Informatik GmbH has contributed 100% of its shares to LogObject AG as of the end of March 2023 and has thus become part of the LogObject Group.
With this merger, the foundations have been laid for a sustainable, technical further development of the products in the rescue chain. Furthermore, we can use existing synergies and serve the target market with solutions along the rescue chain.
Together with LogObject, we are very much looking forward to the upcoming challenges in the blue light sector and are convinced that in the new company constellation we can provide a high added value for digitalisation projects along the rescue chain.
