Orders:

This is where consolidation takes place - your orders are clearly displayed in color so that you can immediately see the status and priority of each order.

Cleaning:

Automatic data enrichment from AVOR (automated work preparation). The software checks feasibility, clarifications, semi-finished products and suppliers. This phase is fed from CRM, inventory and ERP systems and can be flexibly expanded.

Scheduling:

Real-time planning - thanks to our software, you can carry out scheduling "on the fly" or with support. The focus here is on flexibility and efficiency.

Optimization:

Dynamic optimization of your resources. Whether skills, appointments, tours or centrally created databases - the software continuously adapts to current requirements.

Assurance:

Provision of all relevant instructions and information on spare parts and materials. So your team is always optimally prepared.

Dispatch:

Automated delivery including notification of the customer by e-mail or SMS. Always on time and always informed.

Execute:

Once the order has been completed, automatic reporting is sent to the customer. Final details such as MOT, signature, photo and other parameters are also documented

Post-processing

Automatic feedback of performance data, times, expenses and invoice data - everything flows seamlessly back into your systems.

KPI measurement and reporting:

Recording and evaluating key performance indicators to continuously optimize and improve your service processes.

Re-Calculate and Update:

If necessary, the plan is recalculated and the process starts again at point 3, ensuring that you always work with the most up-to-date information and optimized plans.

Customer On-site:

On site, the field service confirms arrival and the start of work at the touch of a button. Again, the status report is provided in real time if required.

Close Order and Reporting:

The order is completed. Predefined forms and checklists are filled in. Photos, sketches or other information are attached. The customer's signature is recorded ... - all information is transferred back to the dispo.
