LogObject AG is acquiring the Swiss business of futureLAB, the developer of the media management system Smartpolice, thereby further expanding its integrated police platform.
With this acquisition, LogObject continues its strategy of providing a unified, end-to-end, and future-oriented software platform for police IT. futureLAB's customers will benefit from the extensive resources, expanded expertise, and many years of experience that LogObject AG brings to the table.
The media management solution ideally complements LogObject’s existing portfolio and enables the company to offer police authorities a fully integrated platform for case management and digital evidence handling in the future.
The European activities in the area of Digital Evidence Management (DEM) for police authorities and public prosecutors will be continued by the newly established futureLAB Europe AG under the current management.
