The LogObject Group is expanding its portfolio: As part of an asset deal, the emergency medical services division of Unipro Ltd will be acquired as of January 1, 2026.
As part of the succession plan for the current business owner, Hans-Joachim Radtke, LogObject will take over the technologies of Unipro Ltd in the areas of billing and statistics. This includes both existing customer and maintenance contracts, as well as key personnel resources working in this field.
This ensures that all customers will continue to benefit from proven solutions and a seamless transition. The current points of contact will remain the same, ensuring continuity and ongoing support.
By integrating this into its existing product portfolio, LogObject strengthens the digital emergency response chain SanoOne in the German market. The goal is not only to continue these solutions long-term but also to continuously develop them further and complement them with a comprehensive full-service offering across the entire emergency response process.
