Opfikon, 8 September 2026 – As of 1 October 2026, Planik AG will become part of the LogObject Group. Planik’s rule-based workforce planning complements LogObject’s solutions for staff scheduling, operations management and time tracking. Together, the solutions offer the opportunity to support processes even more seamlessly in the future.
About Planik AG
Planik AG was founded in Bern in 2014 and has grown through self-financing ever since. The company employs nine people and serves around 350 customers. These include emergency medical services, hospitals, security services and organisations in the correctional sector.
End-to-end processes – from staff scheduling to payroll processing
Planik automatically processes employees’ qualifications, availability, rest periods and individual preferences into legally compliant staff schedules – complemented by integrated time tracking, an employee portal and the direct generation of salary statements. Planik supports workforce planning: Who is available when and with which qualifications? LogObject’s solutions – including mLogistics® for Field Service Management and SanoOne for digital operational support in emergency medical services – support further processes relating to dispatching, operations management and documentation.
By combining these competencies, processes from workforce planning and operational management through to time tracking and payroll processing can be more closely coordinated in the future. The companies’ existing solutions and respective expertise will be further developed in a targeted manner.
Within the LogObject Group, Planik complements Ethelred AG, which has been part of the Group since 1 July 2026 and specialises in workforce planning and digital HR management. The companies contribute different experience and areas of expertise that complement each other, particularly in resource planning and operations management.
