LogObject acquires Ethelred AG
We are pleased to announce a major milestone for the LogObject Group: As of July 1, 2026, the Swiss company Ethelred AG will become part of our corporate group.
What does this mean for the market?
LogObject stands for state-of-the-art resource planning, geographic dispatching, and work order management in critical infrastructures such as industry, energy, public transport, and emergency services. Ethelred AG, in turn, brings four decades of extensive expertise in workforce scheduling and digital HR management.
By joining forces, we are combining our strengths and closing a crucial gap in the workflow. Our solutions – mLogistics®, SanoOne, and myABI/ecm – will receive a significant technological upgrade. Going forward, the market will benefit from a fully integrated system that seamlessly covers the entire process, from initial workforce planning and real-time field operations management to precise time tracking.
