Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

  • You will be responsible for recording business requirements and developing
    Specifications and concepts.
  • You act as a coordinator between customers and software development.
  • You manage (sub-)projects and are responsible for the technical support of our customers.
  • You accompany system developments up to the acceptance tests.
  • You create and carry out testing and quality assurance.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the technical processes in the daily operation of our
    Customers.
  • You will process fault reports and service requests and take questions and change
    Change requests from customers.
  • You conduct training courses and support the know-how of our customers' trainers/multipliers
    of our customers.

Your profile

  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on business informatics or related fields (ETH, university or university of applied sciences),
  • Experience in programming with Java, relational databases and SQL or skills in the development of web applications,
  • Willingness and pleasure to take on responsibility,
  • Ability to learn and personal interest in continuous development,
  • Knowledge of German and English (at least C1) is a prerequisite,
  • Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
